Kperogi or whatever he calls himself is a joker. Kingibe is not even a member of APC not to talk of getting the party’s presidential ticket. Which of the so called presidential cabal has the political clout to deliver APC ticket to any candidate? Reasonable Nigerians should please ignore this joke.
