How To Setup Apple Pay(Wallet Setup)

To start using Apple Pay,

Step 1: open your wallet(Previously known as Passbook) from your iPhone.

Step 2: Tab on "Add Credit or Debit Card" to fill in your card details

Hold your card directly in front of your camera. Your iPhone should read your card number, your name, cards expiry date. You'll be required to enter the card verification number which is the three digits behind your card


Step 3: Tab "Next" then your card should be verified by your bank. Tab "Next" again and you are done here.

If your bank has an app, it is also possible for you to register with it.


How To Use Apple Pay For Non-iPhone X Users

Step 1: Steady and hold your iPhone(camera) near the contactless card reader. An Image of the card will appear on your screen.

Step 2: For non-iPhone X users, place your finger on the Touch ID sensor(Don't press the Home key), in a second or two your fingerprint will be confirmed.

If you wish to use a different card, tap on the card in your screen then pick "Another"

How To Use Apple Pay For iPhone X(X, Xs, Xr, X Max) Users

There's a slight difference when setting up Apple Pay for iPhone X, you are aware that iPhone X doesn't have a fingerprint scanner.

Step 1: Double click on the iPhone X side button.

Step 2: Focus your gaze at the iPhone X' screen to authenticate your Face Identity.

Step 3: Hold steady the iPhone X within a few centimeters from the card reader.
