If you have the opportunity as an Upcoming Artist, If someone give you 1 Million ,

how will you promote your song, how will you spend it??

Is that money enough to make your music popular in Nigeria??

The most important part is to map out a strategy. How's the money gon be spend to achieve optimal result. There are number of ways to go about this, the approach below is one of such.

Note the artiste should be really talented and be very passionate.

1. An ideal strategy would entail you having 2, 3 good singles say within a 6 month to 1 year.

2. Get the songs on your socials and streams. (This is no brainer in this time and age.)

3. Get the song on playlists...

4. Start PR moves midway. Interviews, media pally...

5. Engage well on social media + Get good digital marketing to push your playtime on streams. If you're lucky and made enough revenue, work towards doing a video for the song with best playback somewhere in your 4, 5 or 6th month to further push you.

6. Get management. At this point it may start to get complex, so a manager may become necessary.

7. Learn at least one musical instrument, it will help someday and also boost confidence musically.

8. Pray.

Note: I'm just writing this as I'm thinking, so it may not be detailed or analyzed well enough.
