Do you have documented evidence of their ordering the work from you? Do you have witnesses? Is the work an original idea? Can you prove that it was wholy developed by you? Have you requested to be compensated? Do you have documented communications between them and you? You will need to convince a court that - You had an agreement with them. You delivered your part of the agreement. They failed to deliver theirs (pay you). Seek audience with an experienced lawyer near you. Good luck. 1 Like |
