Most of the things deployed are not specialized equipment persee,they are everyday equipment for ease of operations where people cares,it's because emergency rescue has not been part of our culture that is why we see it as a biggie.

When Fashola ordered 34 fire engines from W.S Darley of United States, it took 2 years to process, built and transport to Nigeria.

Ambode did not source funds, award contract, import and receive several dozens of different equipment from BMW power bikes, boats, trailers, cranes and fire engines in less than 1 year.
