one of the project was the Akachi tower that was completed commissioned and destroyed by Ihedioha on his second day in office.
what we should ask is what does the law say on contracting, was there an evidence of bidding as the law stipulated, what was the in-house estimate abd what are the percentage completion of the jobs with respect to amount paid.

most people who will be speaking on thus might not have knowledge of how contracts are won.
but one company winning such number of contracts is not good.

The thing is, it has become a norm for state governors to use companies they wish to execute jobs according to their discretion but in a situation where the projects are not completed and monies have been paid out, haba! Even going by the public procurement act, there’s no where those projects were advertised or any bidding process took place.
The amounts on the contract documents do not match what is on ground by any measure!

the document attached did not indicate that they have been paid up.

Imo state is a small state that can easily be transformed into a paradise with massive infrastructural developments by a visionary and selfless leader.

I use to be a huge fan of okorothief when he was running as a presidential candidate in then ANPP and he was the brightest of all the candidate's then while bubu was busy lobbying for them to step down for him despite being the least brightest amongst the then candidates in ANPP.

Okorothief manifestos then was very sound and his economic proposals then seems to be all that Nigeria needed then for rapid growth.

His performance in imo state as a governor did showed his true color as nothing but a professional scammer hiding under the guise of philanthropist.

Imo state was making progress before this statute builder became the governor despite enjoying massive goodwill from his people but it also turned out that his people where nothing but okorothief scam victims.

The ex-governor turned out to be a huge disappointment and nothing more than a megalomaniac.
