When liberty to possess gun remained unchecked, deaths are inevitable. And it will get worst when some class A drugs is liberalised too as being pushed.
Some sickos who has mental challenges will unleash terror to the society if caught between the two. Reckless liberalism is anathema to safety of a nation.

Unlike the guys who killed 35 students in the Poly in Adamawa 2 years ago, never arrested.
Or the New years massacre in Rivers this year or the killers of 4 families in Ikorodu last year. The guys may even be sipping Hennessy right now.

or a mass murderer like Kabiru Sokoto broken out of jail and miraculously was found in the house of a sitting senator who by the way is still a senator today

Or the way NURTW thugs were given licence to cause mayhem during elections under the supervision of......

guess who?

the police undecided

So that guy should just keep his piece

terrible news everywhere.

It is time for the US to really modify it's gun laws, because as it is every psychopath depressed and mentally insane individual can get his hands on the latest guns and the results are what we see here.

Wonder what will prompt a person to just wake up one day and decide to just spray bullets on live human beings.

@your last sentence. You already acknowledged that metallly challenged people are allowed to possess guns.

The USA might be a great country but what use is its greatness when one can be shot at anytime, anywhere? Citizens have the right to bear arms. Crazy.

The 2nd Amendment to the USA Constitution ratified in the 18th century is still giving them headache in the 21st.

Realistically, the practical way to solve this would be another amendment repealing and nullifying that amendment ... which will be very, very, very difficult. Amending the constitution no be beans. Besides, gun lobbies and special interests like the NRA would simply not fold their arms.

With 200+ years of citizens' gun possession, it has since become an entrenched way of life. Importantly, political realities indicate there is practically no way both major parties would repeal that amendment with another. No solutions with partisan debate starkly divided. More or less like no end in sight.

Till then, "God be with you all".

aren't their killings more absurd ...just find out why that guy shot and killed 20 people ..possibly a white nationalist...or should we talk about the gun death rates in the US that happens every single day in some states...yeah, I know...I get your point though...they have a better system

Do you know how many people get killed in Nigeria every day?

Boko haram alone has killed over 30,000
when you are ritual killings, armed robberies, cult killings and clashes, etc
how can I forget Fulank herdsmen...
you know that NiggerArea is not as safe as it should be

And you know what's worse?

The shithole does not even keep statistics to track these things

so STHU
shhhhh gun violence in America is far worse than boko Haram, herdsmen ,ritual e.t.c
Since shekau group surrendered , al barnawi boko Haram faction don't kill civilians like shekau. They only face Nigerian Army.and since bubu took charge in 2015 boko Haram killings civilians dropped drastically like 95% . The battle now is between barnawi (ISWAP) vs NIGERIAN ARMY.
Gun violence in America kills more than 100k Americans yearly.
America has the worst crime rate in the world.
According to statistics every 17 seconds a crime is being committed in America

Just imagine, 22 people gunned down unprovoked. Last year, a man from his hotel room gunned down over 50 in a concert gathering for no reasons whatsoever.

How many have we lost through Boko haram, Fulani Helsmen, SARS, Police and cultism? You won’t remember them because they means nothing to you.
Can you see how active their security agencies are trying their best to protect the remaining people. What are our own security agencies doing rather denying the incident happened?

Note:...guy killed soo many.... injured sooo many others..... robust Police response..... but..... the guy was arrested... his name not released! You can wonder why.... and wonder why if it were a Black or Mid Eastern guy they would be mopping up his blood.
Tomorrow.... Mr President will be calling the guy a wacko... a lone wolf... and the need for early psychiatric intervention. The main stream media will be trying to find out what could have caused him to turn to violence.... and we will be hearing of all the good he has ever done or dream to do. After all... these are good people.
