Ntel and Swift. Am currently using Ntel and can testify that their unlimited plans are truly unlimited and have no cap whatsoever. I subbed to their 2days unlimited plan for 1.5k to verify this and in the course of the 2days I downloaded files worth 55GB. That's pretty impressive for just 1.5k... now that's what I call unlimited. Am currently on their monthly night unlimited plan @5k which gives you unlimited data from 10pm to 6am for 30days.  I've not used swift since they aren't in my location but a friend of mine over in Lagos has testified that their midnight free browsing is uncapped.
