It just happened last night after eating i climbed my bed and crawled to my laptop to operate on it, immediately i felt a sharp pain at my upper back reigon i mean an internal pain as if my backbone dislocated or shifted i moaned in pains for sometime and later it looked like the pains had decreased, later on i went to sleep that night,i woke up in the night feeling pains in my back this time i couldnt yawn or stretch if i try it would pain me badly even lying down now is a problem...pls someone should help explain what this could be and its remedy,it aching me real bad pls...
