The need for a healthy food and environment propelled stakeholders to leap into Organic Agriculture, the Association of Organic Agriculture Practitioners of Nigeria in conjunction with Ibadan Go Organic Team presents its annual Training of Trainers in Organic Agriculture Principles, Practices and Entrepreneurship. A training and development scheme that is aimed at transferring knowledge on Organic Agriculture Standards and guiding principles for startup businesses and existing farmers who wish to convert to Organic Agriculture. The Association of Organic Agriculture Practitioners of Nigeria is an organization adopted as an umbrella body for organic agriculture in Nigeria. Parts of the objectives of this training are to advocate for organic agriculture and sustainable farming void of hazards to human, plants and animal lives.
The training will cover three major geo-political zones of Nigeria, with contact classes in these regions. It is also open to members of the Association and that of the general public.
