Everton are set to seal a post-deadline £35 million move for Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi.

Everton were in search of a winger -- failing to land first-choice target Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace -- and have reportedly moved for the Nigeria international as a Plan B. Iwobi, 23, is the nephew of Nigeria great Jay-Jay Okocha and had become surplus to requirements at the Emirates following Nicolas Pepe's arrival from Lille.
Iwobi came through the ranks at the Gunners, playing 149 times and scoring 15 goals.

The Nigeria forward is Marco Silva's seventh summer signing.

Iwobi will join fellow new arrivals goalkeeper Jonas Lossl, defender Djibril Sidibe, midfielders Andre Gomes, Fabian Delph and Jean-Philippe Gbamin, and striker Moise Kean
