Most people commenting on NL are daft. Everybody is shouting government and politicians. Can't you guys read and reason. World bank did not give these monies to politicians. They said they spent on projects scattered all over the country. Most world bank officials are Nigerians living in Nigeria. Only top officials are foreigners. This tells you the average Nigerian is a criminal. They squandered the money. And they couldn't t have done that without the connivance of the foreigners. Those ones are corrupt too. Most foreigners are doing business in Nigeria because of the corrupt terrain. They evade taxes and are not bound by any laws. Take away corruption, most will run away.
