Violence against civillians is wrong, but at the same time, not every civilian who wears army uniform is doing soas a means of fashion. Some wear camo to commit crimes.

After people will say 'There were men in uniform who came to do evil' when they aren't in the Army.

Yes, and there are also people in developed countries who impersonate men and women of the law.

Just now in Germany they caught a lady who was actually dressed in an accurate police uniform....but was not a policewoman. And even in America there are cases of people who wear 'Army uniform with medals' to get free services from resturants, etc...when they were never in the Army. And there have been cases in the US of people impersonating police officers to commit crimes...including murder.

I don't blame our soldiers for over reacting. Today, you will hear story of how 'Men in uniform came to attack this village or that estate' tomorrow people will blame the Nigerian Army for committing crimes against the populace. When Army was not near the area self.

Just as a quack commiting medical malpractice makes people blame doctors and nurses...when the quack never even finished secondary school self.

Our army should be more civilized...but at the same time, we have a problem of people hiding under 'fake uniform; to commit crimes...some very egregious.
