The Buhari Leadership centre has condemned a recent attack on the president by a former deputy spokesperson for APC. A pro-Buhari group has condemned the attack on a former deputy national publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Timi Frank, on President Muhammadu Buhari. The Buhari Phenomenal Leadership Centre said Frank and his gang of detractors should desist from what it termed as “their shameful antics” by comparing the Goodluck Jonathan’s administration with the present. The director of media and strategy of the BPLC, Akindele Aremu, said the apology called for by Frank should come Jonathan under whose administration Nigeria almost went into extinction. Aremu said while Mr. Timi Frank is free to express himself as enshrined in the 1999 Constitution, decorum must not be sacrificed at the altar of self-aggrandizement.  Government of corrupt and incompetent souls whose only achievement in the almost 5+ years in office is to blame, spread lies and propaganda. GEJ's administration was marred by irregularities no doubt but this is worse. Nigeria has never been this unstable, chaotic and highly divided along religious, tribal as well as political lines. Insecurity is at its peak...Boko haram keeps waxing stronger and stronger, the bandits and gunmen are having their field day in Zamfara, Benue, Plateau, Taraba e.t.c while the fulani herdsmen are on a raping and killing spree. The security agents aren't helping matters, they kill one another as well as the people they are meant to protect...one is now wary of both the security agents and the real criminals. If GEJ has to tender an apology then the people that brought this catastrophic government must tender double apology to Nigerians for the sorrows and hardship they brought upon the masses. 5 Likes 1 Share |
