I need some help, I want to ship some vechicles from London to Lagos. The shipping agents are saying that I need to complete a form M, do I really need this.

And how much will a clearing agent charge to clear 2 jeeps reliable ones only.

My own im getting 10 scales from the US each about $120, and they want a form m..... Shipping company is asking for it. Its getting shiped via UPS. Do i also need this?
