Form M Issue / Urgent : Is A Completed Form "m" Needed In Importing A Used Car Into Nigeria ? (2) (3) (4)

I need to ship a 2009 Jeep from London to Lagos, do I really need a Form M. The jeeps has only clocked less than 500 miles on it and the shipping company is refusing to ship. I need your help |

If i am not mistaken, FORM M is only needed for new vehicles. 2009 is not new, neither with 500miles. Look for another shipper. Good luck. |
