AY can falsify his age. Hr can claim to be 35 but no he is quite real. A lot of persons decrease their age without minding their appearance will give them away. You will see a 40 years old man claiming he is 27. Who are they deceiving?

AY looks younger than his age and that's because he is taking good care of himself. If you see some of his age mates who are also 48, they look like 60yrs old men. I am team use your real age. People should stop decreasing their age. I wanted to decrease my age by 5 yrs some years ago, but I have a change of mind.

I told myself no, I look young and msart than my age. Some of my age mates I see, always look like 40yrs old men. Stress and anxiety actually cause one to age faster.

If I tell you that I am in my early 30 you won't believe. Even though I have beards too but the face always glow and look fresher.

I take good care of myself, prepare a lot of home remedies with natural ingredients, and all these contribute to one looking younger. In fact, I watch a lot of YouTube videos on home remedies and try most ofbthem out. The result has been fantastic.

Imagine me buying honey, coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil, BlueSeal vasline, Colgate tooth paste ( works wonders), banana, water melon, cucumber, lemon, egg, potatoes and so on just because I want to prepare various home remedies I personally use to care for my skin, mouth and other stuff.

I shop for loads of natural ingredients just to prepare home remedies and the result has been wow.

You are right for the exercise aspect. I do exercise. I used to take alcohol but I have stopped since January this year when I almost vomiited my intestines out.

For the home remedies I mentioned, they are still very good. There are a lot of them on YouTube. While it is good to take care of the internal system of the body, it is still good to take care of the external. I usually prepare regular facial mask using the starchy semi fluid potion of irish potato mixed with egg white. It helps hold sagging face together even though my face is not sagging.

For those battling with premature ejaculation, there are loads of home remedies on that. But most people don't check all that up. They prefer using medications.

Just a blend of ripe plantain with ginger well blended together works wonder. For those that care to know should give it a try.

Also cucumber + carrot blended together and drank is another time bomb.
