Manchester United have condemned the vile’ racist abuse suffered by Paul Pogba following the 1-1 draw at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday, August 19




The French midfielder lost a penalty in what could be a determining factor to either lose, draw or win against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday night.



Paul Pogba has missed four penalties in his last eleven kicks.




On Tuesday morning, the former Juventus star was targeted by racist abuse on Twitter, making him the third footballer in seven days to be abused in this manner for missing a penalty.



A club Statement reads;

“Everyone at Manchester United is disgusted by the racial abuse aimed at Paul Pogba last night and we utterly condemn it.



The individuals who expressed these views do not represent the values of our great club and it is encouraging to see the vast majority of our fans condemn this on social media also.
