Social media has been fidgety since the eruption of a disturbing video where the Special Anti-Robbery Squad operatives (SARS) shot dead two suspected phone robbers on the streets of Igando, Lagos.

According to an unknown reporter, the robbers used to pose as phone buyers on Jiji and increase the price of the phone just to attract the seller, once the seller agrees to sell the phone, they choose a meeting point and forcefully take the phone using a gun.


One of the victims happened to inform SARS operatives so he could recover his phone, they got arrested, disarmed and shot on the streets of Lagos.

In the video, one of the officers was seen to have worn the mantle to shoot the suspected robbers as he fired two shots at the duo.
