The Vice-chairman of the All Progressive Congress In ward Five, Edward Okechukwu was reportedly shot dead by Gunmen in Oyingbo Local Government Area of Rivers State. Edward was shot alongside four other young men in the early hours of Monday. Residents alleged that the attackers are from Ilori of Ogoni community in Tai Local Government Area of the state.
