From my past experience... wen I just graduated, I saw an ad by ITF ojota for technical skills training. It's supposed be for ssce holders, butt I denied my qualifications & took the test.
I saw many graduates there.
Results came, I was among the best few chosen.
Went for interview, did well, but final list came, I was nowhere to be found.
Imagine the number of people that had interest in this training, yet were not selected

A reasonable govt shl have standard training centres all over, So who ever is interested @ any point cld walk in & get engaged
