Have these guys deliver government documents like drivers licenses, passports, voters card etc. Make yourselves useful.

Shocking logic and line of thought!!

Usless government processes, unproductive, corrupt and unnecessary staff affect you in more ways than one.

1. Paying uncessesary salaries means less money for infrastructure such as schools, roads and hospitals.

2. Corrupt staff in government makes it difficult for citizens to access government services. Try securing drivers license, passport, police report without settling.

3. Relying on manual processes run by corrupt staff makes it easier for government big wigs to steal massive amounts of money. If processes were computerised there would be more of an audit trail.

4. Manual processes run by many staff pushing files from desk to desk slows down governance.

When you have your own company, please do not lay off redundant and unproductive employees because of the "level of poverty in Nigeria now"

Run at a loss so that people won't see you as insensitive

In fact, sell your ancestral lands and also divert your children's school fees to pay the unproductive employees

Do not mind those lazy people. As long as, they will retrenchment benefits among others, i am cool with it. Nigeria operates capitalist economy,private sectors should be main employers of labour,not goverment. there is too much inefficiency in government-owned companies
