A policeman was seen beating up a LASTMA officer in Lagos over application for driving lincence that is yet to be processed.

As captured in the trending video posted on social media, the incident occurred in Cappa along Fatai Atere Way in Lagos.

According to sources, the policeman told the LASTMA officer that he doesn’t have the right to drive while his lincence is being processed which led to an argument that escalated into the beating.

The overzealous policeman continued to punch and kick the LASTMA officer and even broke his ID card in the presence of his colleagues who kept begging him to let the LASTMA guy go, otherwise he would finish him.
