We are currently recruiting this role for one of our clients in the AGRO ALLIED industry and operating in Lagos Island. We are sourcing for a skilled Administrative Assistant who will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing support and overseeing daily operations of the Organization.

*JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*

Job Responsibilities:
Key roles:
•Work with company’s CEO to strategically plan Administrative initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employee.
•Manage Office stock and place orders.
•Maintain and update the company’s database.
•Organize a filling system for important and confidential documents.
*Note: Working hours will be from Monday through Saturday.*

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
•2-3 years proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant

Required Skills:
•Excellent communication skills.
•Leadership skills.
•Dedicated, flexible, humble and motivated to work.
•Organizational skills.
•Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite.
•He or She must be diligent and detail oriented.
•He or She must be good in coming up with solution rather than magnifying irrelevant office problem.

*Salary: #100,000 monthly gross*
