The Federal High Court, Abuja has fixed September 11 to hear a motion filed by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) asking the court to vacate the ex-parte order given on July 26 proscribing its activities in the country.

Justice Nkeonye Maha adjourned the case on Wednesday after hearing the two counsels.

Solicitor General of the Federation, Ayo Apata, had applied for more time; IMN counsel, Femi Falana, also did not oppose the request.

A Federal High Court in Abuja had on July 26 proscribed the Shiites group and directed the Federal Government to publish it in two national dailies.

If you protest, they proscribe you. What gladens my heart the most is that both those that worked for next level and those who didn't are enjoying the heat together, so no kwams

Under Buhari's democracy.

IPOB - Proscribed - murdered no one.
Shi'ites - Proscribed - murdered no one.
Fulani Herdsmen - Not Proscribed - 4000 and still counting murdered.

Nice one from IMN.

Ipob should also go through referendum to acheive their goal, not by calling Nigeria a zoo, and beating their elders.

Very funny

Both sides asking for more time.

To do what?

FG that even proscribed are the clowns asking for more time.

How then did you arrive at the proscribing without being sure?

One day Islam will become peaceful like Christianity and then the world will let go religion and become secular.

Britain, France , Germany and western Europe prefer Moslem refugees and give them more protection in order to turn them to liberal people. Atheists and liberal people provide more protection to Moslems because they know they are the last strong thing to defeat before fulfilling the idea of the new world order.

It is why Nairaland rules restricts comments on Islamic threads but make other religious threads free.

It is why USA partners with Saudi Arabia more than Brazil and Argentina which are dominated by Christians yet short sighted people call USA a Christian country. Mayor of London is a Moslem. WWE matches are fought bi annually before the Saudi Moslems . First of all Female commentators were not allowed but later they allowed a female commentator fully covered to her neck. That's to reduce gender inequality.

Boxing matches and top European football clubs are fixed and owned by Arabs to weaken the gambling restriction in the Islamic holy book. Nicki Minaj can now come into Saudi Arabia to perform.

When it was time for Christianity to become less violent, the fight of ideology began between the Catholics and the Protestants. To boost their businesses in the West after the collapse of the crude oil empire before 2050 the Middle East Billionaires will compromise. The deep fight between Shias and Sunnis is the beginning of liberal Islam.

It's deep .
