Is Affidavit Sworn In A Customary Court Valid?? by wisper2jah: 12:36am On Aug 29, 2019
I have an issue that requires an affidavit to ascertain my claims which I already did in a customary court.. Although I'm to present these documents on Monday but almost all the publications I have read online are making recommendations to visit a high court. I'm just a bit confused, does it mean it's not the constitutional duty of a customary court to swear affidavits?? Someone with a useful information should help out please

Customart or no customary , in Nigeria all court na court and note you can swear affidavit like 50 times and no one will kill you.. wat a poo country.
But it will be accepted as long asit has a Court's stamp or signature.
