I created this thread to enable start ups and those intending to start up their own business come together and share ideas and advice on how to tackle some of the challenges facing start ups.

Business gurus in the house please we need your counsels in terms of hiring workers, marketing/advertisement, record keeping, how to encourage employees with incentives to increase sales and productivity and so on.
