SEARCH, NEGOTIATE AND BUY FOR ME SERVICES

We can help you save cost by searching for the most reliable manufacturers/suppliers that would offer the best price and quality guarantee for your products. Our company has been importing goods from China since 1999 so we are well-experienced in searching for reliable manufacturers/suppliers of quality products, negotiating prices and MOQ (minimum order quantity), purchasing products in China and shipping to Nigeria. We charge a service fee of $5.00 per product research + money transfer charge. If you are purchasing more than 5 different types of products, we will charge you a service fee of $3.00 per product research. This is to say that the maximum amount we can charge you per product research, no matter the quantity you are planning to buy for a particular product, is $5.00 plus the money transfer charge. The money transfer charge is the exact figure (not exchange equivalent) of your goods in Naira and it is used to cover the transfer and transaction charges that would be deducted from our account. If you are purchasing more than 5 different types of products, you will be charged a service fee of $3.00 per product research plus the money transfer charge.

For example, let's say you want to buy 500pcs of a particular electric bulb from China, once we accept your purchasing request, you will need to pay us a product research fee of $5.00 before we will offer you the service. We will search and negotiate with the most reliable manufacturers/suppliers of your product and the negotiations will be based based on your product description, product specifications, estimated quantity demanded and other necessary factors. We will also search for new designs of your products and keep in touch with you via WhatsApp, WeChat or Messenger in case we need any further clarification during the negotiating process. After all negotiations are done, we will then choose the one that offers the best price, quality guarantee, delivery guarantee and great customer service, and give you a detailed feedback within 5 working days. Once we receive your final confirmation and payments (total cost of goods + money transfer charge), we will quickly purchase the electric bulb and deliver them to your shipping agent in China.

How It Works

Step 1: Send Your Product Research Request − We will need the following: a digital photo or real sample of the product, the product description (what is the product used for), the product specifications (the materials it is made of, the dimension or size), the estimated purchase quantity (how many do you intend to buy and this will also affect the pricing negotiations) and other necessary information concerning the product. Once we receive your request, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to verify your request and ask for other necessary information to fully understand your request.

Step 2: Product Request Confirmation – We will notify you within 24 hours if your product purchasing request is rejected or accepted. If your request is accepted, we will send you our bank account details to pay for your product research fee. The product research fee will enable us to help you search for reliable manufacturers/suppliers of your product and to negotiate with them based on your product description, product specifications, estimated quantity demanded and other factors. You can pay the product research fee in Naira or USD. Once your payment is confirmed, then our research and negotiations will begin.

Step 3: Detailed Feedback – We will give you a detailed feedback within 5 working days. The feedback will include the summary and key points of our negotiations, cost of the product (in USD) based on your estimated quantity demanded and other necessary information. We will still be open to more negotiations with you and with the suppliers/manufacturers.

P.S. You can inform us to purchase a real sample if you want to confirm the quality and packaging of the product before booking your main order. You will be responsible for the sample cost and shipping expemses.

Step 4: Confirmation and Procurement – Once we receive your final confirmation for the order and payments (total cost of goods + money transfer charge), we will quickly pay the manufacturer/supplier to produce and package your item(s). Please note that filling our online payment notification form would enable us to quickly verify and process your payment within 3 working days. Failure to fill the payment notification form will result to delay in processing your payment. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once payment is done.

Step 5: Shipping and Delivery – Once your goods are ready, they will be delivered to your shipping agent in China. You would need to contact your shipping agent for the receipt of your goods. If you do not have or fail to provide us with the contact details of your shipping agent in China, we will forward your goods to one of our shipping agents in China, depending on your shipping choice - air cargo or sea freight. For air cargo to Nigeria, there's express shipping (2-3 days) and normal shipping (10-14 days). For sea freight, it's 35-45 days to Nigeria. For local deliveries, it's 1-7 working days to your doorstep nationwide. The shipping and clearing costs will be calculated based on your choice of shipping. When your goods reach Lagos, the pickup location is at our warehouse which is located at the Article Dealers Association (ADA) Complex in Lagos. If you live outside Lagos, you can request for your goods to be delivered to your doorstep and that would attract a local delivery fee.
