■The Old Covenant is the Law of Moses, YHWH, and is essentially the National Constitution of the State of Israel given by God to the people of Israel in the Land of Canaan - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. That Law only ever concerns those who are born in the land or live there among the Israelites.
