They know that a well fed, well educated citizen with peace of mind will one day demand for his God given rights, so what do they do to prevent that from happening? I will want to answer in the affirmative. Their violent act against the state can be termed to be terrorism. To protest peacefully is a right as enshrined in the constitution. But to attack violently is never allowed.
