Multiply 35 naira by 2 million copies u will get an idea of how much was probably spent and that if the number of students in Oyo state are up to 2 million. Any project by any government in Nigeria is just an avenue to steal. Sometimes such projects are awarded to the cronies of the politicians for their contribution to the success of the government in power.
