See corruption there by Buhari. He who come to equity, must come with clean hands.

Buhari is corrupt as well.

Because of our holier than thou Hypocrisy, let the world not see us that we are in the Business of Presidency for this purpose.

The point is, Atiku, Jonathan and co are of no moment as far as this subject mater is concerned. It is about Buhari and the criminal abuse of office and power. There is no room for all this comparison that you use to justify the wrong of the president. You should be able to confine yourself to issues under discourse and stay objective, not pull in extraneous issues just to water down the clear criminal conduct of your hero, buhari.
AnanseK:

Stop foaming in the mouth and pretending to be righteous. Buhari is indeed wrong if it’s true that he is using government resources to defend his private case in court. He should refund the money and apologize to us Nigerians.

But you must stop behaving as if Atiku the multimillionaire former customs officer and former Vice President is an angel. OBJ and Atiku his VP were the ones who started using public funds to depend their election at the tribunal. Yar Adua and Jonathan did the same. Atiku cannot be sold to us as a clean corruption free person, we know him.

Do you know why SA can confidently do the sh*t they do, it's because they've seen a country so divided among themselves internally that they can barely stay united and speak with one voice against foreign attacks.
And to think some retards here on nairaland are saying the Nigerians there are just from a particular tribe, shows how low we've gone as a country. As a matter of fact, Nigeria can no longer be called a country if a fellow countryman can say sh*t about his own countryman in the full view of other nationals.
Nigeria will continue to be volatile to foreign attacks in other countries if we continue to be disunited. The world is watching, let the retards, tribalists and olodos take note of that

Truly Nigeria is so fragmented mentally.

From the comments I have been reading so far Nigeria still has a long way ahead. The youths are so dumb and myopic in their reasoning.

Buhari doesn’t exist in a vacuum and we cannot compartmentalize issues just because it suits you now. Contemporary history is an integral part of politics and all the actions are related and relevant in reaching the present equilibrium. You will need to read my last comment again.

some of us here are so sick and disgusting. The issue here has nothing to do with Peter odili, if Peter stole money go after him. The wife is doing her Job, she is not peter odilli , she is Mary odilli . we saw this coming ..she was a time bomb waiting to explode after Buhari's men have finished with their abrakadabra case. It's not only APC illegal judges bought over by the government that are available. FGN should go after odilli at their own peril, you will see the cold war in Nigerian Judiciary.

If you think outside the box, you would realise that Mary Odili has been a judge long enough to witness many civilian regimes including that of her husband. Has she ever dished out such opinion to them during the PDP years? Her vituperations are just that of corruption fighting back. Simple.

Do we have 2 presidents? Did Buhari contest presidency because of someone else? Are his qualifications which were called into question tied to anyone else? The answer to all of these questions is a resounding no and if that be the case, why do you think Buhari's criminal conduct of using a government employee to defend his suit in court cannot be criticised and condemned in and of itself without trying to justify his illegal actions with your perceived idea of someone else's crime? Mind that this issue is not the electoral petition but a pre-election matter that the Supreme Court has now ruled to be statute-barred.

Going through the comments I am really not surprised at the thought processes of most posters. Rather than focus on the glaring fact that a government staff who should be working for the public he is employed to serve is appearing for the president in his capacity as a private individual, some have turned it to a partisan issue while others are predicting that the EFCC will suddenly start investigating her husband afresh. These ones are just morbidly excited at the prospect of lynching any PDP member, past or present.

The latter is not out of place though because all public institutions have now become the private property of Buhari just because he is president! We have a long way to go...

Peter Odili got a perpetual injunction from being investigated for looting N100 billion! The oga at the top is still Godswill Akpabio who had an EFCC case N108 billion naira before the fantastically corrupt Buhari appointed him Minister.
