And we talk of the president fighting corruption? Is this not a very clear case of embezzlement of public funds? If not for his immunity the president should appear before a court to defend himself in this matter. When will some fellow Nigerians ever call a spade by its name? The President of Court Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa has recused herself as the Chairman of 2019 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal hearing the petition against the election of President Muhammadu Buhari.( May 2019)

Bulkachuwa voluntarily withdrew from participating in the hearing of the case. You will remember that there were complaints and threats of petitions against her participation because her husband Adamu Bulkachuwa is a sitting APC Senator in the Parliament right now.

But we all know that Peter Odili and his wife Mary were accused of looting of billions of Naira funds of the Rivers State Government during Odili’s 8 year tenure as PDP governor of Rivers State. We also know that with the Influence of Mary Odili within the Judiciary and support of the then PDP Government Peter Odili was given a perpetual injunction not to be investigated for his alleged mega corruption while in government- a most bizarre and ridiculous judgement.

So what is Justice Mary Odili doing on this panel. We shall call for her resignation and request for lifting the unfair and unjust injunction on the Odili’s corruption accusation.
