DailyTrust is a fake news site. They brought the news that Gov. Wike demolished a mosque after that the news was deleted from it's site because they realized it wasn't true. Why should I then believe this news that Osibanjo said this or that. When at the end, when we discover it isn't true you will delete it from your site again.

[[s]quote author=phransix2 post=81902054]I genuinely voted and campaigned for u and your master, thinking you guys were everything your manifesto said. Remember you campaigning in BRT buses then and made it sound as if 4 years was too much to turn things around, sincerely my heart was filled with joy that at last. But here is what we have now, the little respect we had from other African countries is completely blown away. They deport, jail and kill us and they are not even diplomatic about it. You guys had already pushed Nigerians to its limits. At the slightest provocation we will come for you and ur master. With the way things are unfolding it is coming sooner than I thought.
[/s] Get some sense. |

When the president and vice president of Nigeria come out to speak boldly with out fear and in person without using Stooges, then there just might be hope for Nigerians. When Osinbanjo was looking for cotes he went to the grass roots but now that the same grass roots want to hear from him about the way forward concerning xenophobia in south africa he sends his aides who the masses don't know and dont want to know. I blame the present government for what is happening to MTN, shoprite and the Chinese because they allowed the grassroot to lead and take matters to their hands since our leaders are hiding bhind aides because they are afraid of south africa and what south africa can do to them. |
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo says attacks on Nigerians in South Africa are absolutely unacceptable, reckless and unreasonable. Osinbajo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande, in a statement in Abuja, quoted the vice president while fielding questions from reporters on Tuesday in Kano on the xenophobic attacks against Nigerians in South Africa. The vice president said the violence was reckless, unfortunate, and against the ideals South African leaders fought for. Osinbajo recalled the role Nigeria played in pulling down apartheid in South Africa. According to him, the recent attacks are condemnable. “It is very sad and very unfortunate that the lives and livelihoods of Nigerians living in South Africa are once again being destroyed with such wantonness and with such carelessness and recklessness. “It is unfortunate because Nigeria and Nigerians invested a great deal in the pulling down of apartheid. “Besides, these acts of bigotry are entirely contrary to the very ideals that all the great South African leaders, including the present president fought for, and for which many gave their lives. “President Muhammadu Buhari has already spoken about this; and obviously we are very concerned and certainly intend to take this up with the authorities in South Africa in order to ensure that this sort of thing does not repeat itself. ” This is absolutely unacceptable and unconscionable,” he said ACTION WE NEED INSTEAD OF LAMENTING, XENOPHOBIC ATTACT MUST STOP ONCE AND FOR ALL. |
