ADMIN TECH/DIGITAL MARKETING STAFF

We are looking for and admin technologist and digital marketer who will remote monitor a dance and recording studio and work closely with a marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategy and implementation. Also, the prospective staff will help grow our client base  and give us a modern and efficient online presence.

Job Title: Admin Tech/Digital Marketing Staff

Location: Abuja & Lagos Office

 

Functions/Responsibilities

·       Able to plan and manage marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products and services.

·       Responsible for planning campaigns, analysing metrics and identifying trends.

·       Able to effectively convey messages to our target markets

·       Able to effectively design, build and maintain our social media presence and Ads manager

·       Able to craft a thorough sales strategy

·       Familiar with website management and landing page optimization

·       Able to collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

·       Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·       Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

·       Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

·       Collaborate with agencies, other vendor partners, able to monitor studio remotely and report to the management daily

·       Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate


 

Requirements/Skills

 

·       Minimum of 1st degree in relevant discipline

·       Must have worked with a wide variety of clients in the creative, dance and fitness industry

·       Experience with testing, creating and optimizing custom

·       Should be a good team player and equipped with good human relationship skills

·       Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

·       Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Netlnsight, Omniture, Webtrends)

·       Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

·       Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints

·       Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

·       Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
