Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will, on September 23, inaugurate a flour mill, a power substation, a plywood factory and others as part of activities marking the first 100 days of Governor Udom Emmanuel’s second term in office in Akwa Ibom.

Mr Essien Ndueso, Special Adviser to the Governor on Documentation, said this in a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday in Uyo.
