Sincerely I like the way Prof Akintola addressed this issue, very mature and coupled with facts. Why will you go to a private residence and demolish mosque built inside? What if it is built in public space, you would have killed the worshipers too? Chief Edwin as a leader should be able to enlighten and educate members of his community, but religion and hatred has covered his reasoning and intelligence and reduced him to a common illiterate. If Christians want to prove that they are matured, exposed and civilised than Muslims, they should not have engaged in what they are accusing Muslims for. This show that their self acclaimed maturity, civilisation and tolerance is just a veil of hatred and bigotry. |

Siralgebra04:I will ask u one question, how many mosques have been burned in Nigeria with their congregation in the building during a service How many Alfas have been shot dead or slaughtered because of their faith When u decide to view things without being bias, only then can u argue intelligently, but with u saying there is religious tolerance in the north, there is nothing intelligent about that as it is only in the north that other ethnicities have been given ultimatum to evacuate before... have unheard of in the south east or in the south south or in the south west. |

Fashdeejay: Firstly, let me correct ur notion, d people killed in north are mostly muslims but media exaggerate it like it's only Xtians dat are being killed. Ur Xtian vice president, Osinbajo, even attests to it. There are multimillion Igbos in North who do not even want to leave there. Don't b sentimental with ur analysis. |

You listed a couple of Islamic countries and you're comparing them with states in a country that has an open religion policy. Rivers and Delta states are Christian dominated states but they still must adhere to Nigeria's constitution and it's FREEDOM OF RELIGION law. Afonja007: |

Just take a look at yourself, are you really normal? The problem people like you have is lack of exposure . If the musli ms are not tolerant with the Christians in the north, who beats drums in the night disturbing people sleep everyday ,Nigeria would have been on fire. GOD BLESS THE MUSLIMS FOR SHOWING MAJURITY IN NIGERIA. |

Most of these so call elites in the south south including Edwin Clark are thieves & living on oil bunkering. They now use religious sentiment to cover the face of the ignoramus populace to perpetuate their atrocities, thievery & criminality How can somebody in his right senses be partaking in mosque demolition. MURIC , go on ALLAH Almighty is surely behind you . Muslims & right thinking Nigerians are solidly behind your moves. |

Kagarko: Peaceful people everywhere are obviosly scared of the islamic religion to take root in their community simply because of the voilent nature of those who practice it. |

Fashdeejay:Stop arguing with muslims. They're very much hypocritical. You don't see them say anything when a Christian was killed because she was preaching. You don't see them say anything when hisbah arrested people for publicly eating during Ramadan. Don't answer them. If you don't want Islam in your land, Demolish the mosque. If them cry finish, them go Rest. Japan banned Islam, they confined all the muslims in Japan to a particular community. As a result, no stabbing, no bomb blast etc.... This is the beginning of the gradual eradication of Islam in south-south/south-east region. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Kagarko: Lemme ask you bro, is a mosque above demolition? Because some years back my church was demolished and just beside my church was a mosque then another church both churches were demolished and till today as I type the mosque is still there. Why? Nobody made a fuzz about it we simply bought another land elsewhere and built a new church. I think this is the first time a mosque is demolished in Nigeria that’s why you people aren’t at rest. Come to Abuja everything has a master plan except a mosque, if you buy a land in Abuja make sure you know what that land was meant for before building if not the will demolish it. But same cannot be said for a mosque, why? |
