But it's the APC which made position of the law to be dead in Nigeria. Apc wants a one party system to enable it pursue Fulanization and Islamization of Nigeria after Buhari's RUGA was soundly rejected.

But the court only faulted 11 LGAs congress while 6 were not faulted. So for court to say the structure of PDP collapsed since 2020 was a miscarriage. It should have been the structure partially collapsed.
Meanwhile, the state structure of any party doesn't sponsor candidate, it is the NWC that sponsor candidates. Even the submission of candidates and filling of their forms are done by the NWC and not local structure. State don't sponsor candidates if it concerns senatorial, House Reps, presidential, governorship and state house of Assembly. Only local council state structure sponsor.

The way some of you compare what happened in Zamfara and Rivers states with that of Plateau is pitiable. The cases, Zamfara and Rivers wasn't election case, it was a case that went through the normal courts to the Supreme Court and it was initiated by member of the same party. Like that of Zamfara, it was initiated by Marafa while that of Rivers was initiated by Magnus Abbey when he was he APC. In this case, it is an election matter and no member of PDP take PDP to tribunal. Hence, this should have been a preelection matter, which PDP should have argued at the High Court before election, as soon as the primaries were conducted by PDP to chose their candidates but they abandoned it till election was conducted and returned made.
You people should stop comparing the incomparable. They are different cases all together.

If it was the NWC that conducted the congress, then, what is the fuss in this, that APC will now be the one to take the matter to court and not those 11 PDP members? Because this is just party internal affair.
