Good morning house, Please I wish to know how to go about manufacturing a transaction card which can be issued to customers to make their purchases.
Just like the one issued by a company like Total which their customers uses to purchase petroleum products at their stations with some discounts on every purchase.

In addition, I wish the card can also be a used as a voucher for buying things at some designated shops.

Please any ideas where one can get such a card.
