Politicians are known for lying so I don't care about little lies here and there that have no material impact on the way the country is governed. If Buhari doesn't have a certificate, who cares? The man's literacy, knowledge and intelligence have nothing to do with that ancient piece of paper.

It's not like you are going to be needing it anyway, with no job and stuff and even if you want to check out like Uncle Andrew did in 1984, the sorry state of your university makes your certificate worthless in sane lands.
