Something doesn't seem right here ....these returnees, did. they have the correct papers allowing them reside in SA? Appears most of them probably went on holiday and decided to remain there to hustle. No Nigerian fully settled in SA would return leaving behind their hard-earned properties.

Again ....the news that most of them had expired documents speaks volume why they were probably stranded there. They should be debriefed properly if you ask me.
