Last week, a cryptocurrency whale (a collection of large scale Bitcoin owners) has moved 94,504 Bitcoin, worth over one billion dollars. This huge number made cryptocurrency headlines, as investors and investigators speculated where the BTC came from and who owns it.
Bitcoin worth $ 1 billion is already a huge amount of money but what made this an interesting headline is what follows.
The sender spent about $ 700 on bitcoin for network costs (480 satoshi per byte) alone.
