These states were able to sustain themselves during recession payed full salaries and funded projects without bailout, tomorrow Ignorant ones will be making silly noise over IGR.

@thesmallgod, this is one of the premise on which my argument was base on the lautech issue between Oyo And Osun. Take a look at the 2states, Osun got ₦34.9bn while Oyo collected ₦26.4bn, that's about 8bn difference which buttress the fiscal irresponsibility of the two government as at that point in time.

Anambra has one of the lowest workforce (civil servants) and a poorly paid one in Nigeria.
So not surprising they did not take any budget support.
