Yes O,that is American life for you.Even their Courts do have back- ground Checking for some faulty and overbearing Judges do make mistakes and errors of judgment so that Plaintiff/Defendants will not suffer unnecessarily.American Institutions do check errors of 5-10years.But here in Nigeria,a Judge can do as he/she pleases and will be quoting irrelevant cases from other judgements.Thank God our Appeal Courts are doing much to correct so many abnormalities in High Courts Judgements,including Industrial Courts-where technicalities do matters a lot.God bless Nigeria.
