But the fact still remains Aregbe pioneered this NO CABINET and HALF SALARY tricks.

BTW, these governors are also doing it as solution to dwindling economy, they aren't doing it for fun also.

By now, governments are out of recession. It's only Nigerians that are still in recession.

You think there is money? Why are they all finding difficult to pay the new minimum wage?
Why have all or most state govts stopped paying state allawi for corpses?
Why are there no state bursaries for tertiary institution students again like we used to know?
We have wasteful govts from all levels who will rather empty CBN to buy votes and run down the economy.

All these wastages like the exotic and new SUVs for the senators, security votes for the governors, and bogus allowances for presidency aren't because Nigeria or the govt has money, we are just naturally wasteful, wasting our meagre resources on unnecessary things.

These things have repercussion, which is recession. When recession hits, it doesn't affect the governors or presidents, they still enjoy the expensive lifestyle all on the expense of the nation. It is the citizens that bear the the recession, which is reflected in limited or no job vacancies, failure of the govt to make appoint, either political or into civil service.

Nigeria is living on gun powder and borrowed time

Sahara reporters was smart by half, the section of the constitution they quoted deals specifically with the Attorney General, Lawyers I. The house will agree with me that unlike the President having Ministers which is enshrined in the constitution, A governor can decide to go four years without commissioners perhaps except the Attorney General and commissioner of hjustice. Aregbesola did it. Nobody said he was in violation of the constitution simply because he wasn't.
