Vacancy! Job Brief Our client is a topmost company in media, communications & hospitality business, based in Lagos and needs expansion in various departments of the business. Now seeks qualified candidate in the position below: Job Title: Executive Assistant/ PA to CEO/Chairman Location: Ikeja, Lagos state Salary: N130k - 160k Includes Allowance, (Based on Experience and Qualification) The Role: We are looking for a highly organized, determined, able and passionate Executive Assistant to CEO/Chairman, to join our busy management team. The candidate will be providing support to implement management strategies and report to the CEO/Chairman on all official tasks. This role requires meticulous time management and the ability to deliver various tasks within deadlines. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the MD & the team, such as creating reports, organizing travel/meeting, representing the MD in meetings, coordinating all the business across Nigeria, taking minutes of meetings, deputising for the MD in office and other organisational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely astute at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administrative manager in the past. The role encompasses creative, analytical, digital, financially savvy, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the smooth running of the business in absence of MD Provide tactical advice to the management for Business Growth and opportunities. - Supervise the work of other managers, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. - Supports the fiscal activities of the business, including budgeting, reporting and preparing audit report. - Works with Management to ensure the achievement of short-term and long-term Business goals. Keeping & retrieving corporate records, documents and reports. - Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation to the boards of directors, committees, and other executives. - Acquisition and reports of client’s information Key Personal Skills - Well organized - Excellent time management skills - Knowledge of social media platforms. - Good communicator and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Good negotiation and persuasive skill. - Proven experience as an executive assistant, PA or other relevant administrative support experience. - Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. - A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. - Professional level verbal and written communication skills. - Sounds Intelligent & sharp Qualifications and Experience Graduate (Bachelors’ Degree or HND) in any related field with at least 5-7 years’ experience in a management or administrative job. A Masters degree will be an added advantage. For over six months now, you have not Sen a suitable candidate for this position. SCAM!!!!!! You have been advertising this post fir so long a letter. Many people have waisted their transport fare for this interview for more than three times they attended the first. Second and third interview and you did not pick any fir over five months now on this vacancy.
