Hahahahahahha, forgive me for offending u with my exaggerations, I just meant to say that gaming is not everyone's priority. If u want to play graphic intensive games save yourself the hustle and buy a PS4. I did that and my life has been much easier, these days I only play solitaire on phone.

The Graphics Processing Unit of a device is responsible. If the GPU of your device is low, it may not run highly demanding games like PES 2019 at all, or may run it poorly. The PowerVR GE8320 of the Phantom 9 is an under performing GPU, hence expect poor rendering of games like PES. Then central processing unit also plays a part. In all, Phantom 9 lacks behind. So yes, Phantom 9 is the cause of it and not the game. Las las, the game plays very well without lag even on the highest settings on my Lenovo K5 pro, a phone that costs only 45k. Same on Tecno!!!

it will run, but but won't be smooth, coz the phone uses a low end chip. Otherwise 2GB Ram is sufficient to play PES.
