The topic of faith, Christianity and church as practiced in Nigeria is taking a gradual shift and it appears religion as most know it is about to change for the better or worse.

In the light of the #churchtoomovement which kicked off on June 30 following grave allegations of se'xual assault levied against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) church, many have chosen to question the truth about modern-day pastors and churches.

A former pastor known as Al Akhigbe has dared to expose the truth of the church as he knows it. Akhigbe in a lengthy Facebook post revealed that he was a pastor for 15 years before stepping down because of the evil he saw in the church.

First thing I noticed is that the man truly HE HAS MANY VALID POINTS

but HE HAS A MYOPIC VIEW of Life, this is what saddens me.

He is now an atheist. He no longer believes in GOD.

Why?

because of his EXPERIENCE with ONE CHURCH where he was a pastor for 15years..... hmmmm.... IS THAT ENOUGH TO MAKE A COMPLETE JUDGEMENT?

You discovered that your favorite BUKA was using charms to lure people so IT NOW MEANS ALL BUKAS ARE DOING SAME?

Your children's school was not teaching them well but collecting heavy levy from the parents... DOES THAT MEAN YOU SHOULD NO LONGER SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL?

see, people should check the source of grievances before they follow anyone to support a vain course. THAT MAN IS BITTER AND OFFENDED.... simple.

HE WAS NOT A POPULAR MAN OF GOD TO EVERYONE as he claims on his facebook wall. He had no power or anointing to solve anyone's problem.... His offence was justified because he got to the top and saw that the OGA AT THE TOP was also a sinner like members on the floor..... NOW THAT IS BAD... But that does not justify that all others are like his own oga at the top.
