Angry Youths under the aegis of “Save Sapele Group” embarked on a peaceful protest in Delta State on Tuesday, September 17th to condemn cybercrime and Internet fraud in the country.

Speaking during the peaceful protest, one of the leaders said, “the protest was to condemn the activities of some misguided elements that engage in despicable activities such as Internet fraud, cybercrimes and kidnapping in Sapele”.

He added, “we don’t want ‘Yahoo yahoo’, we don’t want Internet fraud, we say no to 419 and ritual killings and stated that Sapele is known for commendable activities and not illegal acts as being portrayed”.

Nice protest but we should also look at what brought Nigeria to this position that has made young boys and girls to indulge in such despicable act. Let our government rise up to their responsibility and do the needful to bring back sanity to our society

Expose the government making life not easy they find all means to milk the citizens now we are to pay 7% VAT and also pay tax for deposits and they can't provide jobs. Instead of them collecting hardship allowance and newspaper they should provide basic needs of the citizens.
