Job Description

Purpose of the Role
The Front desk officer is responsible for customer service at the front desk and other related administrative matters on a professional level. This position carries out responsibility in the following areas: Customer service, administrative and meeting scheduling between visitors and respective department.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide good customer service to both clients and visitors at Starsight.
2. Create and keep record of all entry and exit into Starsight offices.
3. Re-direct phone calls and emails to appropriate department or individuals and take down messages where necessary.
4. Distribute, accept and process parcel / letters through courier service.
5. Issue access card and ID number to visitors who wish to gain access into company’s office.
6. Collate and document all drivers expense receipt.
7. Maintain confidentiality with regards to client information.
8. Keep track of appointment calendar and inform the team at least 24 hours before the meeting.
9. Send/forward mail request to department.
10. Entertain visitors with company’s Connect Magazine.
11. Support administrative team with admin. tasks.
12. Other duties assigned.

Required Education and Experience
• A bachelor's degree and at least one year working experience in this field.
• Professional Customer Service Certification.
• Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel & Outlook)

Key Performance Indicators:
a. # of client complaint received
b. Response time to client complaint.
c. Customer satisfaction level
d. Rate of complaint resolution
